Terms of sale

legal.last_updated

01.Scope

These terms of sale ("Terms") apply to all orders placed on issa-cherbourg.fr by consumers (B2C). By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. The French version of these Terms is the only one with legal value; this English translation is provided for convenience only.

02.Products & availability

Each product is sold subject to physical stock availability at the Cherbourg shop. We do our best to keep the website in sync with the shop, but in rare cases an item may be sold in person before we can update the listing. In that case we will refund you immediately.

03.Prices

All prices are in euros (€), inclusive of French VAT (TVA at the legal rate, which is currently 20%). Shipping is shown separately at checkout.

04.Placing an order

You add products to your cart, fill in your contact and shipping details, accept these Terms, and confirm. The order is final once payment is captured by Stripe. You receive a confirmation email shortly after.

05.Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Limited (Ireland), with strong customer authentication (3-D Secure). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. ISSA never sees your card details.

06.Shipping

  • Mondial Relay France: €6.90 (free over €80)
  • Mondial Relay Spain: €14.90
  • Click & Collect at the Cherbourg shop: free, ready in 48h
  • Shipping time: orders are shipped within 48 working hours.

07.Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to withdraw without giving any reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your charge unless the product was defective. See our returns page for the procedure.

08.Legal warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, French Consumer Code, art. L.217-3 et seq.) and the warranty against hidden defects (Civil Code, art. 1641 et seq.).

09.Customer service

Email issadecoche@gmail.com — we reply within 2 working days.

10.Mediation & jurisdiction

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator. French law applies; competent courts are those of Cherbourg, France.

11.Personal data
