Returns and refunds

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your parcel to withdraw without giving any reason.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with its original packaging.

1. Email us at issadecoche@gmail.com to notify your withdrawal.
2. Send the parcel back to: ISSA, 45 Grande Rue, 50100 Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, France.
3. We refund within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Return shipping is at your expense, except for defective products (we then cover everything).
